What if I lose a flag on the long descent?
Send us a photo of where it was, and we'll send a replacement — for life. We've honored 11,400+ replacements since the program launched in 2019, more than any competitor we know of.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to 41 countries. 22% of FY24 revenue came from international orders, handled via tracked air with carbon-neutral shipping through EcoTranz. Customs duties are paid by the buyer on delivery outside the US.
